1. Agreement to Terms​

By accessing JaySandifer.com and the ministry resources of Worship Arts Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a covenant of honor between this ministry and our visitors, students, and partners. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not utilize our digital platforms or proprietary resources.

2. Prophetic Stewardship & Intellectual Property​

All content on this site—including but not limited to spontaneous 432Hz prophetic recordings, original geometric designs, and the PianoDrumsGuitar curriculum—is the exclusive intellectual property of Worship Arts Inc. and Dr. Jay Sandifer.

• Personal Use: You are encouraged to use these resources for personal worship, spiritual activation, and private study.
  
• Prohibited Use: Any commercial reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized public performance of these "Visual Selah" designs or musical tracks is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Ministry.
  

3. Ministry & Educational Services​

Worship Arts Inc. provides prophetic ministry and music education (via PianoDrumsGuitar.com). We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any live stream, course, or service at our discretion to maintain the leadings of the Holy Spirit and the integrity of the mission.

4. 501(c)(3) Stewardship​

Worship Arts Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations made through this site are tax-deductible. While we endeavor to apply all "seeds" sown to their specific designated projects (such as the Summer Tour), the Ministry retains ultimate discretion to use all contributions to carry out its exempt purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability​

Our ministry provides tools for spiritual and creative growth. While we stand on the Bible as the ultimate standard, Worship Arts Inc. is not liable for any technical interruptions, third-party link content (such as YouTube or TikTok), or individual interpretations of prophetic ministry.

6. Governing Law​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. We operate with the intent of resolving all matters through biblical standards before pursuing legal recourse.​
